The island lies in Lake Faak and can only be reached by boat. The boat belongs to the house — it picks you up whenever you arrive.

The Crossing

Your holiday begins at the landing point.

The car stays on the shore. We take your luggage and bring you to the island by boat. For hotel guests the boat runs day and night. Day guests use the telephone at the mainland landing point to call the boat.

  • ParkingThe car park is at the landing point in Faak am See. The car goes no further.
  • LuggageWe take it at the landing point and bring it to your room.
  • Calling the boatThere is a telephone at the landing point. One call, and the boat comes.
  • Arriving lateTell us when you will arrive. The boat also fetches you in the evening and at night.

Thirty-four rooms, from the double room to the Villa Muh. In the evening, when the day guests leave, the island belongs to those who stay.
